Cory Sampson
Cory Sampson is a Buffalo-based yoga instructor, certified 200 RYT, and two-time lululemon Yoga Ambassador. He teaches vinyasa, slow flow, yin, trauma-informed, psychotherapeutic, and children’s yoga, in person across Buffalo and online.
His practice is rooted in the belief that yoga is a healing practice, not a performance. Classes are choice-based, student-first, and open to everyone regardless of experience.
He is the founder of Torched Fire Fitness and the creator of the Yoga Is Art Festival, now in its second year.
