“Yoga is a healing practice, so let’s use it to heal.”
Cory’s Journey
Movement as a metaphor for life
After years of exploring fitness as a cornerstone of health and healing, Cory found in yoga something deeper β a practice that unites strangers in the same room, invites people to breathe as one, and creates a space where it’s safe to let go of what no longer serves you. That discovery became a calling.
Cory’s work is rooted in a simple truth: our health and healing starts with us. Our thoughts, our actions, our choices β all of it begins from within. The goal isn’t perfection on the mat. It’s guiding people back to their own power, helping them choose better health through movement, lifestyle, and self-compassion.
Because we are all our own greatest critics β and learning to give ourselves grace is one of the most powerful things we can do.
“Listen to your body. Be kind to your body and your body will be kind to you.”
Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening a long-standing practice, Cory meets you where you are. Classes are designed to be accessible, intentional, and worth showing up for β no matter what you carry through the door.
“Our emotions and feelings are communication from our bodies. The more present we can be with them, the more we learn about ourselves, and the greater our impact on the world around us.”

Core Philosophy: Listen to your body. Be kind to your body and your body will be kind to you. Our emotions and feelings are communication from our bodies and the more we can be present with them, the better we can learn from ourselves and impact society in a positive way.
