Our Mission
Do What You Love to End Alz.
Every class, festival and donation moves toward one goal: a world without Alzheimer’s.
Why It’s Personal
It started with Grandma.
Cory’s grandmother passed away from Alzheimer’s disease. Watching memory fade changed how he teaches and why. Yoga became more than fitness: a way to protect the mind as much as the body.
