Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, there’s a class for you. Cory teaches across multiple styles, each designed to meet you where you are and move you toward where you want to be.


Vinyasa Flow The foundation of Cory’s teaching. Vinyasa links breath to movement, flowing from pose to pose in a sequence that builds heat, strength, and focus. Every class is different — expect creative transitions, intentional cues, and a practice that challenges you to grow. Suitable for all levels.


Power Flow Vinyasa turned up. Power Flow is a more vigorous, strength-focused practice that asks you to dig deeper — physically and mentally. Expect to work, expect to sweat, and expect to leave feeling accomplished.


Slow Vinyasa All the mindfulness of Vinyasa at a gentler pace. Slow Vinyasa gives you more time to settle into each pose, tune in to your breath, and build awareness of your body. Great for beginners or anyone who wants to move with more intention.


Slow Flow Unhurried, mindful movement designed to help you breathe, release, and reset. Slow Flow is the perfect antidote to a busy week — come as you are and leave feeling restored.


Hatha A foundational practice rooted in posture, alignment, and breath. Poses are held longer than in Vinyasa, giving you time to build stability and deepen your understanding of each shape. Great for all levels.


Restorative Deeply relaxing, supported poses held for extended time. There’s very little movement in Restorative — instead, you’re invited to fully let go. Props support the body so the nervous system can rest and heal. Ideal for stress relief and recovery.


Yin Long-held, passive poses that target the deep connective tissue — fascia, ligaments, and joints. Yin is meditative, deeply nourishing, and a powerful complement to more active practices. Come ready to be still.


Sculpt / HIIT Yoga-inspired strength and cardio conditioning using bodyweight, weights, resistance bands, and props. Expect intervals, movement challenges, and a workout that takes you to your edge — then helps you breathe through it.
